We represent clients in all types of development and construction of commercial, residential, industrial and retail projects throughout the southeast. We provide legal representation in all phases of development including financing, construction contracting and litigation, leasing matters, zoning and permitting. The group has practitioners with significant experience in construction defect litigation, including the representation of general contractors in litigation with bonding companies and insurers with respect to such claims. We also have significant experience in prosecuting and defending against lien claims and appealing real estate tax assessments.
