We are regularly engaged by developers, commercial banks and other lenders, real estate agents, and mortgage companies in a variety of residential and commercial lending transactions. We also have practitioners experienced in advising clients such as commercial banks and other lenders regarding the exercise of their remedies upon default, including foreclosure. The group’s attorneys have significant experience assisting secured lenders in obtaining adequate protection and otherwise exercising their remedies when borrowers seek protection in bankruptcy court.
