Ed Henderson Joins Taylor English Law Firm
Taylor English Duma LLP announced today the addition of Ed Henderson to the firm.
As a member of Taylor English’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, Henderson’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, product liability, mass tort litigation, and professional liability litigation. He has been named a Georgia “Super Lawyer” every year since 2006 in the fields of Catastrophic Medical Malpractice and Business Litigation.
“Taylor English appealed to me because the firm model represents a paradigm shift away from the traditional big firm billable hour pyramid structure,” Henderson says. “Our clients are represented by top-flight attorneys at rates that reflect the firm’s efficient management of overhead.”
Prior to joining Taylor English, Henderson specialized in complex business and personal injury tort cases at Freeman & Hawkins in Atlanta. In 1998 he left to join a prominent Atlanta plaintiffs’ firm, where he and the firm principals successfully litigated and tried numerous catastrophic tort cases. In 2000, Henderson began a successful solo practice focusing on business litigation and catastrophic personal injury litigation.
“I wanted to go into litigation because I believe I have an effective manner for persuasively talking with people,” Henderson says. “Litigation is all about getting your client’s story in front of the fact-finders in a simple and compelling way.”
Henderson lives in Druid Hills with his wife, Paula, and their three children.
