Mr. Wright has an extensive and successful track record in civil litigation and arbitration as well as corporate and transactional matters. As outside general counsel to several companies, Mr. Wright has lengthy experience handling the panoply of legal and regulatory issues facing construction and technology enterprises on a daily basis. Mr. Wright emphasizes the construction, real estate development and information technology sectors. Among other things, Mr. Wright is considered to be one of the Southeast's leading attorneys in building envelope and water penetration issues. While Mr. Wright’s practice focuses primarily on providing corporate and litigation solutions to medium and large enterprises, he also helps guide smaller organizations through the legal landscape with a focus on achieving results efficiently. In addition to domestic US matters, Mr. Wright also serves his clients in transactions and arbitral matters in the international sphere with an emphasis on German-speaking countries.
Mr. Wright graduated from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.S. and high honors in Business Economics, and received his JD degree from Boston University. After completion of his law degree, Mr. Wright was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship to study European Union law in Germany.
Mr. Wright is a certified mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and regularly participates in such proceedings. He also serves community, educational and trade organizations serving in a variety of volunteer and leadership roles including the Board of Directors of the Martins Landing Foundation, the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech and the Associated General Contractors. Mr. Wright is fluent in German and conversant in Spanish.
