Paul Munger is a member of Taylor English’s Employment, Labor & Immigration group where he practices employment law and general litigation. He has significant experience handling a wide range of employment matters for both companies and individuals. In addition, Mr. Munger has successfully defended companies against national class action lawsuits involving discrimination or overtime claims. Throughout his career, he has provided companies and managers with training on employment policies, payroll compliance, harassment and discrimination, and workplace violence. Mr. Munger frequently gives training and litigation seminars to other lawyers and to human resource personnel on employment topics.
