Pam Hill has practiced for over twenty years in the commercial real estate field. She has represented institutional lenders and real estate developers in virtually every aspect of the commercial real estate arena, including acquisitions and dispositions of improved and unimproved property, commercial lending (including large portfolio lending and commercial mortgage backed securities lending), workouts, foreclosures and lender financed dispositions of foreclosed properties.
Ms. Hill began her legal career with Jones Day (formerly Hansell & Post) in the Real Estate/Secured Lending Department. She then joined Macey, Wilensky, Kessler, Howick & Westfall, concentrating her practice in the area of foreclosures, workouts and REO dispositions. Prior to joining Taylor English, Pam was with the commercial real estate boutique firm of Click & Null, where her primary focus was commercial mortgage backed securities lending.
