Michael W. Scaljon is a member of Taylor English and his practice includes business and commercial litigation, collection matters, and landlord/tenant matters.
Mr. Scaljon represents the firm’s clients in all types of disputes including breach of contract, construction, mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens, collections and landlord/tenant disputes. His practice also includes the representation of corporate clients in a variety of collection related matters, including materialmen’s liens and lien foreclosure litigation. Mr. Scaljon has appeared in Georgia State Court in a variety of matters.
Mr. Scaljon has served as a summer clerk for the Honorable Judge Anne Barnes on the Georgia Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Mr. Scaljon served as Special Assistant to Texas Secretary of State Geoffrey S. Connor and was a member of Texas Governor Rick Perry’s staff.
