Lindsey Kesler is a member of Taylor English’s Real Estate, Development and Construction groups and her practice includes real estate lending and finance, acquisition and disposition of real estate, commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters, real estate development and loan workouts and foreclosures. Ms. Kesler has experience in advising clients such as regional, national and multi-national banks and other sophisticated lenders regarding the exercise of their remedies upon default, including the workout, modification, restructuring and foreclosure of numerous troubled loans. Ms. Kesler also has experience assisting secured lenders in obtaining adequate protection when borrowers seek protection in bankruptcy court.
Prior to joining Taylor English Duma LLP, Ms. Kesler served as a real estate finance associate at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, a well-respected law firm in the Atlanta area. She also served as a real estate associate at Shutts & Bowen, LLP, one of the largest law firms in Florida. She also worked for a boutique, public interest law firm specializing in First Amendment litigation where she frequently appeared as a legal/political analyst for MSNBC.
