LaTise Miller is a member of Taylor English’s Real Estate, Development & Construction group and her practice is centered on commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Miller has extensive experience closing acquisition and development loans as well as construction loans for a wide variety of projects. Ms. Miller has represented lenders, as well as purchasers and sellers, in all stages of commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Miller also has extensive experience with residential real estate closings, including new and existing home sales, HELOCs (home equity lines of credit) and REOs. Ms. Miller assists lenders, homebuilders, agents and individual buyers and sellers with all of their residential real estate closing needs.
Ms. Miller lives in Marietta with her husband, David, and their daughter, Katie Emma. Ms. Miller has a strong interest in legal issues that impact children with special needs and has done a variety of pro bono work for families of special needs children.
