Kyle Baker is a member of Taylor English’s Employment, Labor & Immigration and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups, as well as Taylor English’s Hospitality and Franchise group.
Since joining Taylor English, Mr. Baker has worked on a variety of cases involving fiduciary duties, wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, alcohol licensing, personal injury, as well as business and commercial disputes. In addition, Mr. Baker has experience in the coordination and management of discovery in complex, document intensive matters, including electronic discovery.
Mr. Baker grew up in the Atlanta area, attending Parkview High School before graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, racquetball, golf and swimming, as well as traveling.
