Kristi A. Dosh is a member of the Real Estate, Development & Construction and the Lending, Workout & Foreclosure groups at Taylor English and is also ESPN’s sports business reporter.

In her role at ESPN, Ms. Dosh covers sports business news for ESPN.com, ESPN The Magazine and ESPN radio and television platforms. Her work can be found on ESPN.com at http://www.espn.go.com/blog/sportsbusiness. Prior to joining ESPN, Ms. Dosh was a contributor to SportsMoney on Forbes.com and Comcast Sports Southeast. She also founded BusinessofCollegeSports.com, where she wrote until joining ESPN.

Ms. Dosh was published by the University of Denver Sports & Entertainment Law Journal for her article, “Can Money Still Buy the Postseason in Major League Baseball?: A ten-year retrospective on revenue sharing and the luxury tax” in their Spring 2007 issue. Subsequently, she began work on a book focusing on various provisions of MLB’s collective bargaining agreement, which is due to be published by McFarland & Company, Inc. in 2013 under the title “Balancing Baseball: How Collective Bargaining Has Changed the Major Leagues.” Her second book, “Saturday Millionaires: Why College Athletes Will Never be Paid and Other Untold Truths About the Business of College Football” is due out in July 2013 from Wiley.

Ms. Dosh maintains a small practice focused on housing and community development transactions that utilize federal and state low-income housing tax credits, historic preservation tax credits, CDFI, CDBG and HOME funds and various other sources of public financing. In this capacity, Ms. Dosh has represented lenders, syndicators, developers and property owners.

Ms. Dosh previously served as a real estate associate at Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough and Morris, Manning & Martin LLP, two well-respected law firms in the Atlanta area. She also previously served an internship in the General Counsel’s office at the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour, Inc.
