Jason Curles is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, where he focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, corporate governance, banking and lending litigation and securities litigation. Mr. Curles represents clients in disputes involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, corporate mismanagement, and securities fraud as well as contract disputes and general commercial litigation. He has also represented clients conducting internal corporate investigations.
Mr. Curles has litigation experience in both state and federal courts as well as experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration pursuant to the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Rules.
Mr. Curles was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and received his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the law review and the Brainerd Currie Honor Society. He received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, where he was a First Honor Graduate.
Prior to joining Taylor English, Mr. Curles worked in the Atlanta office of Powell Goldstein, LLP (now Bryan Cave, LLP) for 3 ½ years as a litigator in the Securities, Corporate & Fiduciary Litigation practice group.
