Jacquelyn D. Van Tuyl is an experienced litigator at Taylor English. She has been practicing since 1993 and her practice includes business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage, product liability, labor and employment, professional liability and collection matters.
Ms. Van Tuyl represents the firm’s corporate clients in all types of disputes including breach of contract, business torts, employment, collection and insurance coverage matters.
Ms. Van Tuyl’s insurance experience includes the representation of corporate clients in a variety of insurance-related circumstances, including insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, and managing insurance claims to obtain insurance coverage. She also represents financial institutions in loan work-outs and the related commercial litigation. She is an experienced litigator in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings, and other alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Van Tuyl has practiced with Long, Weinberg, Ansley & Wheeler and Moore, Ingram, Johnson & Steele, two well-respected firms in the Atlanta area. She has also served as a litigation attorney with Keating, Muething & Klekamp, one of the most distinguished law firms in Cincinnati, Ohio.
