Ed Henderson is a member of Taylor English’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, and his practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, product liability, mass tort litigation, and professional liability litigation. Mr. Henderson first honed his litigation skills in complex business and personal injury tort cases at the highly-regarded litigation firm of Freeman & Hawkins in Atlanta. He left Freeman & Hawkins in 1998 to join a prominent Atlanta plaintiffs’ firm, where he and the firm principals successfully litigated and tried numerous catastrophic tort cases.
From 2000 until 2009, when he joined Taylor English, Mr. Henderson built a successful solo practice focusing on business litigation and catastrophic personal injury litigation. Over this eight-year period, he achieved several multi-million dollar results for his clients in several states, and successfully handled all appeals that arose in these cases.
Mr. Henderson has gained a unique perspective by practicing as both a defense lawyer and plaintiffs’ lawyer, and his accomplishments and success as a litigator and trial lawyer have been acknowledged by his peers. He has been selected as a Georgia “Super Lawyer” in the fields of catastrophic Medical Malpractice and Business Litigation (Georgia Super Lawyer 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009).
He and his wife, Paula, have three children, Edward, Heyward and Beatrice.
