Craig Pendergrast is a member of Taylor English’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. His practice includes a specialization in environmental law and commercial litigation. For more than 25 years, Mr. Pendergrast has worked with clients to assess their risks and resolve their problems and disputes in a highly-skilled and cost-effective manner through risk allocation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Mr. Pendergrast works closely with in-house counsel and environmental managers, consultants, and the firm’s real estate and corporate lawyers to help clients address a wide variety of environmental matters involving transactional, advisory, insurance, regulatory, remediation, permitting, compliance, enforcement, brownfields, waste, water, air, wetlands, and litigation issues. He is Chambers-rated as a leading environmental law practitioner in Georgia, with his practice also having a national scope. His environmental practice includes the emerging field of carbon management and alternative energy.

Mr. Pendergrast has a strong commercial litigation practice, with experience including real estate, commercial code, business contract, business tort, mortgage fraud, insurance coverage, professional malpractice, foreclosure, lender liability, franchise, trade secret, restrictive covenant, industrial, forestry, and construction disputes.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Mr. Pendergrast was a partner with the national law firms of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, LLP.
